Ethical coaching is incredibly important to me. I'm coming up to four years alcohol-free myself and I'm a certified Positive Psychology coach with a specialism in behavioural change and sobriety. I have 25 years of experience working with businesses helping them to launch, grow, and master their online presence. I've built my own brand, community, and a thriving online business from scratch, matching my corporate salary within a year and generating £100k in my first eight months of being self-employed. I bring lived experience, professional qualifications, and real business expertise into every session. I only work with clients who are committed to building ethically and with integrity.
