I have been sober for almost 3 years myself and I am a certified Positive Psychology coach with a specialism in behavioural change and sobriety. I have 20 years experience working with small businesses helping them to launch, grow and master their online presence. I've also built my own brand, community and have a thriving online business myself. I have helped hundreds of women not only remove alcohol from their lives but ensured that my methodology provides sustainability too.
