# FLOURISH MEMBERSHIP TERMS
FLOURISH is a membership-based programme designed for women who are already alcohol-free and seeking continued growth, connection, and community.
## Minimum Commitment
FLOURISH operates on a **minimum commitment of three (3) months**.
By joining FLOURISH, you agree to remain enrolled for **three consecutive monthly billing cycles**.
If you cancel during this initial commitment period, you remain responsible for payment of the remaining months within the minimum commitment term.
## Subscription Billing
Membership is billed on a **monthly recurring basis**.
By enrolling in FLOURISH you authorise Sober Flourish Limited to charge your payment method each month on the same date as your original purchase.
Your membership will continue automatically each month unless cancelled.
## Cancellation After Minimum Term
After the initial three-month commitment has been completed, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to the next billing date.
If cancellation occurs after a payment has been processed, access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and no refund will be issued.
## Founding Member Rate
Members who join FLOURISH during a founding member period retain that rate while their membership remains active.
If membership is cancelled and later restarted, the member will rejoin at the current membership price.
## Membership Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, community platforms, recordings, and programme materials, **all FLOURISH membership payments are non-refundable**.
By purchasing FLOURISH membership you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately and you therefore **waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013**.

# 100 DAYS TO FLOURISH™ PROGRAMME
100 Days to Flourish™ is a structured programme designed to support individuals in building an alcohol-free lifestyle.
## Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within **14 days of purchase**, provided the programme has not yet begun and programme materials have not been substantially accessed.
Once the programme has begun, all payments are **non-refundable**.
Participation in 100 Days to Flourish™ does not guarantee specific outcomes including sobriety duration, lifestyle changes, or personal results.

# COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Some Services include access to private community spaces, group calls, or online discussion platforms.
Participants agree to:
• treat other members with respect
• maintain confidentiality
• avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• avoid promoting external products or services without permission
Sober Flourish Limited reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines.
Removal from a programme or community does not entitle the participant to a refund.

Members of Sober Flourish programmes and communities may interact with one another through group calls, online platforms, messaging spaces, and in-person meetups.
You acknowledge that any opinions, advice, or information shared by other members are solely those of the individual participant and do not represent the views of Sober Flourish Limited.
Sober Flourish Limited is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of other members within the community.
Any decisions made based on discussions with other members are made at your own discretion and risk.
Sober Flourish Limited shall not be held liable for disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions between members.

Participants may share personal experiences within the community.

Participants agree not to disclose personal information shared within the community outside of the programme environment.

# IN-PERSON EVENTS AND MEETUPS
From time to time, members may organise or attend in-person meetups, gatherings, or events associated with the Sober Flourish community.
Participation in any in-person meetup, event, retreat, or gathering is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Sober Flourish Limited is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in such events.
