Almost 3 years ago, I decided to take a 100-day break from alcohol. Honestly? It started as a way to lose weight.

I’d been drinking for over 20 years - not every night, but enough to know it was keeping me stuck. I sat firmly in the “grey area” - not rock bottom, but not free either.

And then, something shifted.
By Day 30, I knew I was done.

I felt too good. I’d seen too much. And for the first time in years, I trusted myself again.

That decision changed everything.
And now, I help other women do the same - not just to remove alcohol, but to rebuild their identity, their habits, and their confidence from the inside out.
