What are my credentials?

I’ve supported over 100 women through powerful shifts in their relationship with alcohol - both in group settings and 1:1. As a certified alcohol-free coach with a Diploma in Coaching and Positive Psychology, my work goes beyond just removing alcohol. I help women reclaim their clarity, confidence, and purpose and then use that momentum to transform other areas of their lives. From emotional eating and weight loss to career growth, fitness, and self-leadership, I guide women through the full spectrum of personal growth that opens up once alcohol is no longer in the way.
